I am here to meet you where you are, to validate your experiences, and offer insight and perspective – with respect, empathy, and compassion. You have your own strengths and inner resources that have brought you this far. I would like to help you find meaning and purpose by activating those resources and introducing new tools to help you better address life’s challenges. I am a person-centered, trauma-informed therapist and I use techniques and interventions from a variety of theoretical orientations based on the needs and presenting issues of the client. I work with individuals, couples, and families and see clients virtually and in person at my office in Reston, VA. I am a licensed Resident in Counseling and I am supervised by Dr. Joseph Cooper, LPC, VA 0701009385.
